Skillset learning objectives:

As an effective leader, you will sometimes need to ‘think outside the box’.

In this skillset you will learn techniques to help you develop a critical thinking mindset that will allow you to identify problems in your team and procedures, create solutions that are innovative and effective, and develop plans to implement your solutions. 

You will also gain an understanding of the pivotal role team leaders play in:

• Keeping your team motivated and on track
• Implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout {institution} 

Following on from the previous skillset teach you will also learn to create opportunities for your team team to communicate their ideas, allowing them to feel valued and respected.
