This Leadership Program is aligned to the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB40250).
The units that make up this qualification have been arranged into 4 main training areas that are designed to build your leadership skills step by step with each step building on the last and aligned to your current job role requirements.
By the end of the program you will hold a Nationally recognised qualification that will demonstrate your ability to operate as a functional and effective leader at your organisation.
