SKILLSET-1:  Leadership overview 

Skillset learning objectives:

In this first skillset you will begin to clarify your understanding of the leadership role. You will learn how your approach to leadership must align to organisational policies and procedures, why it is important to you clearly understand the strengths and weaknesses of the team you lead and how you can build integrity and credibility as a leader. 

You will also begin to understand how you communicate to team members and superiors directly affects your ability to lead, make decisions and implement plans.
